My daughter scored a 19 on he act and was refused admission to the college she wanted. She bugged them and they told her to write an essay as to why she wanted to attend their school. She did so, and graduated Magna *** Laude, the only in her class to graduate with honers. Dont be discourged, it all about being a good student and not about an IQ

The average ACT score in Texas is 19 1/2. I would not worry too much. This score can always be elevated at re-testing. The test itself is weighted heavily toward arcane math and science so if your strong areas are in the liberal arts, you are at a disadvantage.

I would not kill myself just yet. Maybe you can re-visit this option in 50-60 years.

i got a 21 and i guess it is normal--unless you are trying to get into harvard! hehehe, but i think you have to go to a special high school to prepare to get into those kinds of schools----private high schools that your parents would have to pay for.
