when u think that earth is to a flea as the universe is to earth i wonder that we float suspened in sapce next to a burning rock in a solar system called the milky way with millions of these suns called stars being viewed from earth yet scientists know that there are at least minimum 55 billion other galaxyswhich may be comparible to our own galaxy in our ever expanding universe but now when u think that people who claim to be aducted by extraterestrails suffer post tramatic stress syndrome like vets .

Yes-it is real and horrible. There is therapy, medication and a technique called EMDR which is supposed to be very effective in a short time. Knowing why you react that way is helpful. You may still panic and have bad reactions but it will be somewhat easier by knowing you have a reason for feeling and acting that way. There are great books on PTSD on Amazon or at your library. Seems to me you need a new mattress. Go out and buy the new space memory foam one. Therapurdic I think it is called. Get the matching pillow! Get your sleep.
