The list would be easier and much shorter if you state the reasons why a person would want to choose a PC over a Mac, as they there aren't as many.
1. If you like to build your own.
2. If you game, you may prefer the greater upgrade ability of PC over a Mac. (from a hardware standpoint)
For everything else, a Mac is superior.
UPDATED RESPONSE:
Dr. House, go spread your ignorance elsewhere.
UPDATED RESPONSE 2:
Apple didn't make a "move to Windows" fool, they switched to Intel processors...and I'm the moron? Not only can you run Windows, Linux and OS X, but can also run command line FreeBSD natively, as that's what OS X is based on. You don't even know what "compatibility" in regards to an operating system even means. Windows is the LEAST compatible OS ever made...it's only "compatible" with itself. Learn the difference between "compatibility" and "ubiquity". Clown.
Seriously, go get yourself a clue.

Here is a list from an unbised PC user:
Security -- no viruses or spyware (I don't think will last with Mac picking up so much market share but as of right now that is probably the number one reason)
Great multimedia software -- This is clearly shown above. Also the Mac comes with alot of free multimedia software.
Easer to use -- If you are a windows power user (like me) you will have a lot of trouble switching, but if you are an average user you will find it much more user friendly.
Can use windows software -- If you buy one of the new Macs with an Intel processor you can install windows and get the best of both worlds.

MAC's have a bunch of great features:
They typically never crash
Viruses are very rare
They cross platforms easier - can open nearly any file, pc or mac
They are far faster and superior managing large RAM hog programs making them much better for art, music and video design
The packaging is neater and easier to set-up, move, etc.
They are very user friendly.
My MAC is a duo core and actually has Windows and operates PC software for the programs that I use that are not MAC
I know there are even more but this is what comes to mind first.

NOT ONE that I can think of! Claims that they are better with graphics is preposterous! Now the latest MAC will run windows! Makes no sense to me! Your gonna buy a mac and then buy windows to install on it? Apple never could do anything the normal way! It is true that they dont have problems like PCS do Only because they dont run anything! They are also known for not becoming infected with viruses! This is due to the simple fact that 90 percent of the public buys PCs! No one writes viruses for macs! There arent enough of them to bother with! Look at Apples ipod! What a joke! you cant swap songs unless you have ipod software installed, you see tons of questions about why ipods dont work here! Last but not least, go compare mac software with windows software!
REDSOXER! You are the moron here! Anyone with half a brain can see this just buy looking at software options in the stores! Why the H do you think Apple made the move to windows? They NEVER have been compatible you boob!
And why do you suppose they did that stupid?

1. If you won't be worried about viruses, worms, ... (less than 5% of the virus out there are for Mac)
2. If you likes the feel and freedom that the MacOS X gives you (Windows Vista is trying to get there)
3. If you are a person that doesn't matters about technical details when your computer freez' up
4. If you just need a "Personal computer"

Macs can run windows too now. But Macs are known for their graphics ability, especially photoshop and movie editing. Windows are sometimes faster. I prefer Mac though.

Macs require the people that write software for it to conform to some standered that stop most all program conflicts. So they are far more stable. Then again they have almost no one willing to write software for them.
Games push the hardware market and you cant be a mac gamer. So mac's will never gain market share.

Because MACs rock! They are easy to fix, yet you never need to 'fix' them. I have owned MACs for 15 years and have had only 2 problems that I have been able to fix myself. Plus, if you have a problem you can usually still use your computer unlike those other things.
