For movies, I recommend using bittorrent. The best bittorrent client is Azureus because it's the most advanced and has the greatest features for downloading. It may be big to download, but it's really worth it! Trust me...
Now, you've just got to get acquainted with the bittorrent system, the terminology, how to use it, etc.

Bit Torrent is a free program that searches the web for down-loadable movies and downloads them, free, to your computer. The advantage of Bit Torrent is that it can download the movie from several sources to form one copy thus making the operation faster.
