He comes almost everyday in the morning not even say good morning to us. His name is John Koechley and he used to be working in millitary before. He is never happy no matter how hard we try to do the best on our jobs. As long as I been working there I never heard the word:" Thank you". How I can make him understand that the way he is treats us is very wrong?

In my experience, people like this do not change.

I think the best way is to find another job. On your way out -- after you have received your last paycheck -- you can tell him why you left.

I would like everyone to know the person that wrote this was let go by this office on 11/30 long before she wrote this statement. She was incompetent and over stepping her bounds. She fought with other employees and brought down the morale of the office. She is writing false and negative reviews all over the web to "get back" at the office. This is slanderous and very unfortunate and legal action will be initiated if it continues. She would be smart to go in and modify her post !

My suggestion is to remove your question ASAP.

Putting his name out on the net was completely stupid, and could get you fired, for cause, and that means no unemployment checks.

Anyone can check out a name as unusual as his and discover that he's located in Batavia, IL. And, from that information, they can fairly easily track down who YOU are.

Remove it now, and start job hunting Monday.

First off you cannot "make" him do anything! You can seek other employment or if he crosses the lien file a complaint with labor board which of course will cost you your job.
BTW putting his full name down was not a wise move on your part!

every one needs to stick together and as a group bring it to him. if nothing change's, then the best time to get a better job is when you are still working at a crappy one.

Accuse him of sexual harassment. That usually works.
