listen up buddy,
The DNA has only 2 % genes...
that is 98% is 'Junk DNA'
And, transcription is getting information from genes to (DNA) to Rna..
So, only a small part ( a part of 2 % )
is unwinded..
Hence the answer,
D.: Only a small area is opened.
