Windows 98 Task Manager Help?

Hello,

I have an old computer running windows 98. When I run some programs, they lock up and I have to shut them down. I normally use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to get to the task manager but all of a sudden that stopped working. Is there a way to access task manager any other way than that. Thank you in advance for all/any responses

quickly bring up the task manager, press Ctrl-Shift-Esc

that is all u need to do , to shut down, maybe u can upgrade it from www.microsoft.com
