Do you mean that you want them to be in court being prosecuted for 2 years? That's not what I think you asked, what I think you asked is do you think sex offenders deserve to be incarcerated for more than 2 years? Right? Well you can't lump all sex offenders together, there are various types of sexual offenses like rape, rape with murder, child abuse, fondling another person without consent, indecent exposure, public lewdness, To suggest that a person who is outside naked deserves to be in jail for 2 years is silly, it's too much of a penalty. To suggest that someone who rapes another person should get only 2 years is also silly, it's not long enough. The amount of penalty needs to be fair and just based on the facts of each case individually.
