Yes luv, you need to actually answer a question before you can be chosen. First answer the questions applying the lovely advise you received, and remember sometimes you need to answer many questions and even then there is a contingency that you may not be chosen.

Remember that just because you are not picked does not mean that your answers are not appreciated. We can't pick them all now can we.

1. you have to ANSWER A QUESTION FIRST!

2. think before you type. sometimes you're in a rush and don't really understand what is going on and maybe you don't make sense to the person who is asking the question. or maybe the asker didn't phrase the question right. for example, someone may ask, ''how can i work this camera?''
and someone may think that they want to know how to turn it on and take pictures, but the asker might want to know how to really work the camera, and take the best shots, and to use the camera to its best ability.

3. RESEARCH! don't just wing it and say what you think would do, actually look up what the asker wants to know. if the asker wants to know about exercise, find out how to train your muscles to get the best work out. if the asker wants to know how to make a quick and easy apple pie, look it up and use the best recipe. do you get it?

so getting the best answer isn't just about typing something down really quick and just hoping it will be the best, you have to think it out. maybe from YOUR point of view, the asker didn't choose the best answer out of all the answers, but to the ASKER it seemed to be the best. so maybe you're not doing anything wrong, just try your best.

I hope i helped you, so now go out there and answer some questions!!!

Try giving creative or original answers to questions for best results. Note: these will not work in all cases, though. Some people will just ask questions to raise a ruckus, and will pick whatever answer they like the most(even if it's not actually the most intelligent of answers). You'll have better luck with intelligent questions than with mundane ones.

not giving answers that have enough detail or that are off topic! I find it best that I now only answer questions I really know an answer to rather than just randomly answering anything!

Choose wisely, asnwer cautiosly and you will be chosen as best soon I am sure!

Nothing, apart from being impatient. You have been on here one day, and most questions are open for three days, so it takes Time for people to vote you as the best answer. If they don't bother, then others will be asked to vote for the best answer, and you have to have a great answer to get voted as the best, so give it time. PS thank for the two points and please give me ten more by voting this the best answer...

Think your answers out more. Research. It's exciting to be picked as the best answer.

You aren't being creative. Just keep plugging away. You'll get one before long.

Check that. Sam, could it be because you've answered NO questions yet? LOL

Once, a rabbi fell to his knees and cried out "My God, my God, all my life i have been faithful to your, and kept the Shabboth and your laws. Why will you never let me win the lottery? Would it be such a bad thing? I could use the money in your name. Why God, why"

The heavens opened, and God said "Manny, Manny, my good and faithful servant, buy a ticket why don't you?"
