buy a new Microsoft OS disk and load. Or you can download Linux for free on the internet and go from there. my favorite is Ubuntu. You can add Open Office and Firefox for free to get all the same software capability available in Microsoft Office, but at no charge.

Are you asking "How do I reformat and reload my Operating System?" If you are and you don't have the O.S. Disk you may have to take it to a PC tech.

save the windows folder out to a removeable harddrive or dvd for driver reference .. then u need an operating system install disk ... reload bios defaults - set cdrom to first boot device .. then load windows and use ur old windows folder to install drivers from device manager ... after its working good use an app like nortons ghost to make a restore disk set.
