You have to go to a Nursing Program. Many Community Colleges offer LPN Associate of Science Degrees, Colleges and Universities offer the RN degree. Not sure that being an Paramedic offers any advantages, but Nursing takes dedication!

You are going to have to go to college for the training---there will probably be a set of pre-requisite courses that you will have to complete before you enter the actual program----You will have a good head start since you are a Paramedic-good luck.

Same way anyone else becomes one. Go to nursing school.
