I'm mid 30's, no medical conditions or on any meds at all, but have a hard time maintaining a fully hard erection for very long. Can get it up nicely at first but it's hard to keep it there for the duration of her pleasure. I know Viagra is likely the magic answer but is there anything else that can be done that seems less drastic? any suggestions?

It doesnt totally disappear, only some reduction in firmness but I know it affects my capability to please her somewhat. I can still always finish. Any "home-remedies" that may help abit?

You are right. You have Mild E.D. Although its men in their 40's who usually complain about it. All the previous answers could actually be of help. Since its a little early for you to have it, i suspect your experience may just be the tip of an iceberg. It may just be an early sign of a more important condition like hypertension, diabetes or a vascular disease. You may not like going to a doctor but go see one. Because if the problem persists, you WILL be seeing one not so many years from now.

LOL... they probably wont notice that cute lil button top. ;p Viagra ect only work when there is a sexual stimulus. There are very rare occasions where a man will have the problem you describe. Take an antihistermine (it's said to neutralise the chemicals in viagra) and strap your dick to your waist with duct tape then wear a baggy shirt over your clown pants. If you are hard for 4 hours or more... go to the ER.

Accept that the passing years take their toll. Then go on from there with whatever might help.
