I had my last bill when i left Powergen. They charged me nearly £600 of which £508 was gas. I checked my old bills and i found i used only 2500 units last year now its 17000. They have estimated my bills up until my last bill. Am i up the creek without a paddle? What would be the best way to try and get this bill down?
Cheers in advance!

Give them a call and ask them to check your bill again once you have submitted a meter reading. If then you and their Customer services cannot come to an agreement, then take it further to a manager at powergen.
