www.annelawrence.com/meltzersrso1.html that is the site that will give you step by step pics of the surgery. as for Hormone pills, i use 1.25mg of premarin twice a day. you can go it alone by ordering from foreign pharmacies on line with out a prescription, or see a theripest, (in person or on line) outside of that if you have any more questions or need further help, email me at rjbeaman2006@yahoo.com

ADVICE TO YOU, DO NOT SELF MEDICATE HORMONES. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO DO SO. hormones should only be taken under professional supervision, regular blood work checks as well as liver function test should be done, you are putting yourself at risk of a heart attack, stroke, prostate, liver, kidney problems. seek the proper medical advice.

Poodle is correct- self medicating is a real no-no, but if you are bound and determined to do it, I use these sites for mine-

http://www.medicapharma.com
http://www.inhousepharmacy.com

Neither sites require a prescription and they are discreet about their packaging.

Talk to a plastic surgeon, they should be able to tell you how it works, what to expect, and how to get started. Good luck.
