Theoretically it shouldn't change the mood of a mentally healthy person, but if you're already feelin' low, it could. Yeah. When it's dreary weather. When the sun is not out and it's gray out.

yeah definetly, iam more of a rainy-cloudy person even though i may get a little down on those gloomy days i enjoy it at the same time, i have no idea why. probably i guess cause being from california, its not common to see the rain and it feels good to see it once or twice a year.

Yes it does.
like when it rains-I love the rain. I feel my best on those days.
when it snows- I like it the 1st day after that I hate it and feel closed in.
when its cold- I love cold weather.
when its hot-I hate it. Come June I'm crazy.

i live in Louisiana
rains most of the time... wait a few minutes and it will stop
never seen snow
it rarely is cold... makes me want to snuggle under the blanket and be bad...
when it is hot, which is most of the time, i usually don't like it, take lots of cold showers, and seek air conditioning.

yes i think so.....if it's hot and i get really hot i get mean and agitated
also i am in a bad mood if it rains or snows cause it screws my hair up
