I have read in a Hindi medium school, I was not good at English Language, speaking English was very difficult for me, but later on I found some useful tricks and tips and now i can speak English very well with full fluency, I have some tips for you :
One of all your Basic English should be Good, if it is not, then go for Translaation, write something in the lanauge you know very well, be it in Hindi or any other lanugage, then translate it in English wihout anybody's help, you wont believe it will good hard work and it will open ur mind towards the english lanauge. Then get it checked from someone good at Egnlish.
Go in front of Mirror and say to yourself "Yes i can talk in English, this is just a simple language like other languages.
Write a letter to your friend in English.
Read a joke and then try to write it in your own words.
Finally try to watch English News Channels and see how a News Reader is reading news fluently.
Believe me if you put hard work on this tips i can bet in two months you will learn fluent English. Dont forget to tell me results.

I think that the best way that you can learn to become fluent in the English Language is by reading. By reading, you will see you the language is supposed to be set up, and how it is created to sound correct. This is how I am learning to become fluent in Spanish; I read whenever I can. You could also try watching tv. I find that hearing the language spoken, along with reading it, will really help you get to know the language, and learn how to use it correctly. It is also a good idea to speak with those who know the language. Hope this helps!!!!

Take at least 1 class of English to understand it a little bit. You could also travel to an English-speaking country. The best way to learn it is to speak it.

It seems you want to improve; you know the language. Read the daily newspaper, increase your vocabulary. and converse in English with all the english knowing persons.. Good luck !

You could go to www.byki.com There you can download English words. It shows you how to pronounce alot of words. It may help you if your not good at pronounceing English words.

Go study abroad, in England. Very few in the U.S. speak English correctly, if they even speak it at all.

become friends with someone that does speak it fluently and read a dictionary(pronunciation key)

go to an adult school is you're an adult (or school in general if you're still a kid) and take a ESL class....practice practice & practice talking w/ as many english-speaking people as you can...force yourself to speak english...
