Will back labor stay consistant threw out the day without anyother symptoms? Starte last night aroun 11pm and got to the point I couldn't get out of bed. Well it took 15 mins everytime I tried rolling out was way to hard. now this evening i can bend a little but still lots of pain. Could I be in labor and not know. Please only tell me if you have had back labor. I don't want to hear from people who have not experienced back labor because you have no idea.

I had an all back labor. My mother's advice to me then was anytime you have a constant pain that doesn't go away means you're probably going into labor - so I definately would put a call in to your doctor!!

For me, it was a dull constant lower back ache that seemed to get more intense every hour for a couple of minutes, then every half hour, then every 15 minutes - it started at 8 am - by 1 pm I called the doc and by 6 pm my son was born!!

Good luck to you!!

That is exactly how labor started with my first child. I thought it was simply a backache at first so I tried to soak away the pain in a warm bath. My water broke in the tub and I didn't know it. I would certainly say that you are in the beginning stages of labor. Your pain will tell you when to go to the hospital, mine certainly did. Good luck and Godbless!

My back labor was a constant light pain. I started back labor with my first on a Monday and had her on Thursday. My water finally broke at midnight Wednesday night. Good luck and you might want to go to the dr's.

It comes and goes. It is just contractions, but you feel them more severely in your back than in the front. I had back labor throughtout both of my deliveries. It doesn't hurt to go get checked. I went to the hospital several times and got sent home. They don't think any less of you for it. You don't want to be dropping that little one at home or in the car do you. Call your doc. It could just be bladder, or back spasms.

my back labor shot down my spine, around to my abdomin, back around to my back and up my spine. It was awful! But it came and went like regular contractions...when it went away there was no pain, but when it came...Boy! It came!!!
But also with the same pregnancy, I became VERY stiff during the last trimester. Getting out of bed was near impossible. I would have to roll out of bed, lean over the bed to get my feet on the ground, and I looked like a hunchback for about 30 minutes. I was completely unable to stand straight up, and if I tried before my muscles loosened up, it was soo painful!
When in doubt, check with your doctor. Hope you get to feeling better!

When I was pregnant, I had back labor for about 3 hours, and it went away. 3days later I was having regular contractions, in my stomach. I delivered. You will know when you are in labor, if you are not sure call your doctor.

Congrats!!

No back labor will come and go like contractions. It shoots through your back it isn't constant.
