It's probably because you have a particular interest in him more than say, Robbie Williams for example that your aware of the criticisms and harsh words said.
I'm not a fan and i've heard next to nothing against him so that seems to support my argument.

I didn't think that they did. He is a great artist and I know there are lots of people that want to work with him. Recently saw an interview with him and he seems quite down to earth

He sings like a beegee, what's with the high voice? I like him in NERD. But I think he looks like he's smirking, not smiling, he's a bit smarmey and arrogant.
