If you determine your grade without class participation at all (ignoring that part of the requirements), then it's 83.5.
And, like Womp said, if you have 100% in class participation, then you qualify for an average score of 85.2.
If your instructor is grading on a curve, then we won't be able to calculate/guesstimate your final grade...because a curve means that your final grade is determined by how your scores compare to those of all of the students in your class.
But if he is following a traditional grading scale, then mid-80s qualifies for a B.

well, since we can't know what you got for class participation, I'll calculate the rest.
For test you got 84% of the 20% available, that is 16.8%
For Midterm you got 80% of the 30% available, that is 24%
For the Final you got 86% of the 40% available, that is 34.4%
Add that up and you have 75.2%. If you recieved all the points from the class participation you would get 85.2% in the class, but since you were in the lower 80% for everything else, you should assume around 82% for class participation which would be 8.2% giving you a total of 83.4%. Depending on your instructors grade scale this could be a B or a B- with some strict instructors this could be a C+

You have an 83 in the class. It is easy all you do is add up all the grades and divide by the number of grades you have recieved.
ex. 56, 78, 100 add them all up and divide by 3 since there are 3 numbers!!

I would say that your safe saying your going to get about an 80 to 85 percent in the class. With all your grades being about the same percent it dont really matter how your grade is spit up. It would only matter if you bombed one of the catergories, like your final or something.

Let's assume 100 possible points for each category.
Test: 100 * 0.20 = 20
Midterm: 100 * 0.30 = 30
Final: 100 * 0.40 = 40
Participation: 100 * 0.10 = 10
Therefore, a possible 100 corrected points possible.
Now, your scores:
Test: 84 * 0.20 = 16.8
Midterm: 80 * 0.30 = 24
Final: 86 * 0.40 = 34.4
Participation: Assume 100 * .10 = 10
Therefore, you got 85.2/100 so you get 85.2% in the class.
On a 4.0 scale, you get 3.408 which is B+ to A- range.
Good job.

Looks to me like you got a B without the participation. If you got a 0 for participation, that would bring you down to a C. But, if you opened your mouth at all, surely you got something for participating!
