Wow, sounds like you need to get new friends. It is ok, not to be the fun one all the time. If your friend thinks you are boring, maybe you two don't share many of the same interests and your friend is assuming what they like to do superior to your preferences. If you are bored though, there are lots of activities you can try. Take a class in something you enjoy. Try some of the activities your friend enjoys, You may find a hobby or activity that suits you or both of you. Just work to find something you enjoy and your friend may think you are more fun. Either way, you will be having fun yourself.

They don't sound like a nice person. How old are you? If you are young then I could understand the person's immaturity. But if they meant it in a nice way, like as in, "You need to be more loose and easy-going" then maybe they just want you have to more fun when hanging out with them. Determine if this person is really a friend before you change yourself. If they care about you, then be more sociable and silly so people will want to be around you more. Also read up on things that you like so you are a more interesting conversationalist. No one likes talking with someone who doesn't have any opinions.

From what I read, the majority says it's your friend that is at fault, not you. I agree. If your friend finds you boring, then they are not your friend. If a friend wants you to do something that is morally or legally wrong and you won't go along, that doesn't make you boring it makes you smart. Smart enough to get a new friend I say.

if ur the kind of guy who holds stuff in b/c he's afraid what everyone might think, then that's probably why ur friend is saying that. try to be funnier. i don't mean telling slapstick jokes or anything, i mean use what ur thinking about and turn it in to something funny or really random. dance randomly....say weird but funny things...GO TO MORE PARTIES. if u just sit quietly and keep everything to urself....well of course ur friend is gonna say ur boring. im sure ur not boring, u just need to put urself out there more ya know?

It sounds like it's your friend that's boring, not you! You need to find friends that appreciate you and stop hanging out with someone that's just going to drag you down and make you feel bad about yourself.

maybe your friend doesn't think you are fun because u are not as outgoing or crazy as him/her....but don't let that get you down........a good friend will accept you for who you are...I don't really think there's anything you can do to be fun.....just b yourself and don't be trying to change for anybody K????

if u really know him for a long time try to show him that your cool and try to change every action into something comedy or funny but if u dont know him for long dont carry then and also try to know the opinon of ur friends about ur character and ask them to help u on this like make them do something stupid and turn it into something cool and funny

Ive learned this myself, what you need to do is get more involved in "Concerts" rocks, oldies, what ever, they always bring people out, one of these days go into a mosh pit, itll make you fun...
