They said that they do not charge commission, and they offer the best exchange rate, is it true? And are they safe and good?

use western union its not bad and the money is received within the hour.no matter where you are sending funds to you have to pay a fee. theres nothing for free out there nowadays. so be careful.

use currency direct,they are on the web.they have an office in London.a lot of people use them to transfer money for property buying especially in Spain.have used them myself and they are very good with no charges and you get full rate for your money.they transfer money all over the world to any currency.if you use banks you will pay commission and you dont get the rate for your money.so banks take your money from you twice.good luck
