The question sounds ambigious. After transcription, you should get pri-mRNA. After splicing, you get mRNA.

If it is directly after transciption, I would choose A.

It remains in the nucleus and undergoes splicing before leaving the nucleus as mRNA.

If it is what happened after splicing which your true mRNA, I ould choose C.

mRNA would enter the cytoplasm and go to the ribosome to get translated.
