No. Lying under oath about sex isn't a serious offense. Didn't you learn anything about the Clinton years?

Its pretty clear she lied. It's also clear that Nifong knows she lied. But that means that Nifong is guilty of malicious prosecution in order to pander for votes. If Nifong was to charge her he would have to admit his crime which is even worse than hers. So the answer has 2 parts, 1. Yes she SHOULD be arrested and 2. No she won't be arrested.

If she lied to investigators yes, she should be charged. That is a crime. Filing a false report is a crime, and when it involves rape it is a very serious issue. Those guys names are ruined. No matter what this will always stick with them. There will always be somebody somewhere thinking they are guilty, because this woman made the whole thing up. Yes, she should be held responsible.

Its not a black or white situation i'm black and that i completely accept as true with you,those who would say its because she is black and they are white are not any more beneficial than AlSharpton,Don Imus or the accuser themselves,were as she accused a small elect team of human beings of an act. those who positioned her movements and those movements of Al Sharpton on the backs of the finished black community are not any diverse .Al Sharpton,and the overall public of the human beings who responded your question have extra in elementary than you'll imagine and that is the ignorant and easy minded ability to generalize. you're an open minded and nicely spoken man or woman i take from you question reduce truth ,not all are. lack of understanding has no colour regrettably the ignorant attempt to paint it opposite themselves.

actually yes, I think it is about time we hold some of these people who bring false charges accountable, I doubt do if it is going to happen.

Just because it was dropped doesn't mean she lied. It just means she has been informed it is a hard case to prove and the DA won't try the case
