Isn't it controlling, possessive, stick-together-to-the-end-like... lasting-glue; all that boring self sacrifice, devotion, loyalty and restrictions; broken heart, broken marriage, broken vows and promises, broken friendship, war and conquest - all in the name of love of something or someone or everything or body.

Love is often described by how it behaves... (it is not a 'What', as in an object... ) It is a verb... it is only known in action. Many people use the word love as an excuse to do unloving, or to put up with unloving things ... actions meant to hurt, or actions meant to harm... this is not love, and love does not wish to remain in fear. Fear is an enemy of love.
