I am not talking about conspiracy theorists either, is it because of our foreign policy?

What do you mean "at fault"?
That we were doing things which naturally lead to this kind of reaction? Yes.
That that justifies it, or that we deserved it? No.

Liberals do not think the US is at fault for 9-11. The US includes you and I and the crazy lady down the street.
WE did not make backroom deals with heads of governments. WE did not ignore warnings of threats because they came from "the other guy". WE do not think the sun rises and sets on how we see the worlds citizens, and judge them by who they call God. WE also want to live well, but there is no driving, desperate need to crush anyone else who doesn't pledge allegiance to our flag.

As a democrat i say Bushs buddies, the Bin Ladens and Saudis are to blame for 911. But Bush and the republicans refuse to hold the Saudis responsible.

I'm a liberal and no, we don't think that. It is because of our foreign policy from both republicans and democrats and the fact we have military bases on their soverign land. The latter only bothers the extremist

It was done by Al Qaeda and planned by OBL. Why Bush squandered the chance to get that scum by invading Iraq when Osama was in Afghanistan will forever be considered one of the greatest foreign policy blunders in history.
And it was because our foreign policy. They hat our support for Israel, our freedom and our way of life. They hate America. Pure and simple.

I can't answer for liberals. I would assume that only ignorant conspiracy theorist buy the BS theory of 9/11. No sane rational person of even an inkling of intelligence would question what really happened.

Bush is at fault for not paying attention to his intelligence. He could have done something but he chose to stay on vacation and ignore the warnings.

There are a few people who are insane and think that America is at fault for this tragedy. Liberals are like most normal Americans and believe that terrorists did it. How and why would America do it?

Yes, our foreign policy has a role in it. Remember, we supported Afghanistan and gave arms to them in their war against the USSR.
No, it's not deserved or justified.
Furthermore, anyone that thinks we did it to ourselves is an idiot.
