I have started to feel it. Malls are busy in my town, more traffic, the interstate getting busy, all the Christmas lights, the little decorations around the house. All those things mean Christmas is in the air! But not the weather. It's rainy and gloomy here in North Carolina. We usually do get some snow at this time of year, not much but some. But none at all and it's warmer than usual. Hopefully the weather will suddenly change and it will be a white Christmas! Let's hope so!

- Merry Christmas!

I know what you mean! I live in Toronto Canada and we haven't even got any snow yet. We are getting whats left of that big storm in Denver, but in the form of rain not snow! It's been in the high 40s all day so its been warm. Hopefully we will all soon start to feel the Christmas feeling lol!

Yes, we're not having the usual Christmas weather but........... decorating the house with Christmas things(a nativity set, pine wreaths, a tree with lights and ornaments, hanging mistletoe, etc.), wrapping presents, baking cookies, and just knowing that my family will be together soon, have all helped me feel that warm, cozy feeling of Christmas!

Flippy--

It does not feel Christmasy to me this year. It is about 40 degrees or so here in N.E. Ohio and it's raining. I would rather it rain as it is easier to drive to another destination than to drive in the snow.

I will be visiting my brother and his family on Christmas Day. Last year, my husband and I were caring for an ailing parent who has since passed away. So, it will be a little sad, but a little happy. I will get to see my nieces and nephew and my niece's husband whom she married in July of this year.

So, it doesn't matter about the weather. It's about friends and family as you mentioned in your question above.

Happy Holidays.

NO! NOT AT ALL! IT'S SOO ANNOYING! We didn't even put the ornaments on our tree! And I'm still hoping for a white Christmas.
