Republicans think they've cornered the market on chiristianity. Most Americans are Christians, but the Republicans want to make most people think otherwise. It's sad really.

Do you know that rich people are just like regular people except they have more money? Do you know that they contribute to charity and pay most of the taxes?
You "don't believe in the rich", which means you are judging them to be evil.
A person opens a business, which is part of the free American dream, to support themselves. This is not evil.
A person's business begins to make money. That person hires people, thus contributing to the unemployment problem and also the economic health of the nation. This is not evil.
The business grows, makes more money, hires more people, and the businessman buys land and pays taxes on it. This is not evil.
The businessman can afford to send his kids to college, adding to the number of scientists and doctors and teachers in this nation. This is not evil.
The businessman becomes very wealthy and puts his company up for public stock ownership. The public can now become rich off of his hard work. This is not evil.
The businessman pays half his income in taxes, along with exorbitant property taxes, and estate taxes, etc. This is not evil.
What exactly has this person done to make you hate him so much?
STOP PARTICIPATING IN CLASS WARFARE! NOT ALL RICH PEOPLE ARE LIKE KEN LAY OF ENRON, OTHERWISE THERE WOULD BE NO SUCH THING AS A BUSINESS IN AMERICA!
Communism is not the answer. Hating those with more than you have earned is wrong. It's in the Bible, it's called "do not covet thy neighbor's goods".
Maybe you should read that Bible again, stop spewing your anti-upper class hate speech.
PS I make minimum wage and am going to college. I am not rich.

The problem with Democrats is that they allow too many women to vote. Since women have been allowed to vote, there have been some poor Presidents. Notice that there have been no more Abraham Lincolns since women got the right to vote. But we did have a Harding, a Hoover, and a Carter. These can be blamed directly on women having the right to vote. They vote for who they think is the best looking. So I guess when women are running for President, I will vote for who has the best rack.

Though this is the first time I was told about republicans saying that, that's ridiculous.
I'm a democrat, Christian, and very religious. Anyone who says a Democrat cannot be Christian is sincerely mistaken.

The underlying agenda of each party is to get elected. To not let the other party gain power. Some things are just mud slinging. Political parties use very thin truths and twist and form them into giant B.S. snowballs rolling down slippery political slopes. Hoping to coerce the public into buying into their party's nonsense. They will generalize and say whatever may work at the time.

1) Any Republican with sense doesn't think that all Democrats are non-Christians. They just realize that the Republican party caters more to their religious beliefs.
2) You are twisting the verse you are quoting. The verse does not remove all responsibility of judgement. It merely suggests that you be careful when judging others because you will be judged by God by the same measure that you judge others.

Maybe it's because democrats want to help the less fortunate, the elderly, children, secure the borders against terrorists, lower living expenses, provide health care to everyone, stop wars. Hmm, isn't that what being christian is all about?

Ok, Republicans do tend to use religion as a voing tool, but when youu have Liberal Democrats claiming to be a christians but them condon gay marriage and abrtion then it might bring up some questions to the other Christian Folk. As for your stererotypes about rich white people being republican, no, I am a poor southern Ohioian and I am a republican.

Thomas Jefferson once said that no matter what politcal party we are still one people. Thus we must not judge someone by the sterotypes based on that party because most are not true.
