Same family - must be Se.

Se has 34 electrons when it is neutral. If it could gain 2 more electrons (making 36) it would have the same number of electrons as krypton and it would be stable.

Selenium because it is in group 6 and most likely accepts two electrons to satisfy the octet rule.
