The Amazing Race is my favorite. Keeps the adrenaline rush as the contestants scamper to outrun the others.

Dancing with the Stars
We have a comedy coming up real soon, look for it. It's called,
"Armed and Dangerous", about famous and not so famous stars (Eric Estrada, Janet Jackson, et.al.) suitng up as police officers and going out on beat (I kid you not) !!

My all time personal fav is BIG BROTHER, but it only comes on during the summer. The best on I think is the Real World Denver, thats on right now.
