Hi, I live in Paris, France. I'm wondering how long would it take something (a letter or a few pages) to get sent in regular mail to the US (east coast so NY, DC, or Boston)?

If by regular you mean surface mail, you are looking to 2 to 3 weeks. By airmail 4 to 5 days.

If you send it standard mail it can take up to six weeks. If you use global priority it takes about seven days. These are estimates from the US Postal Service. Since your mail is originating in Paris, times may vary.

USUALLY -- ABOUT A WEEK FROM THE EU but do not - I repeat do not - rely on that,.
It does happen - but then things go wrong. When dealing with the States I give a fortnight. Trans-Atlantic postage is not an exact science. (NB Trans-continental postage in the New World is an arcane science!)
Remember when dealing with postage to America - We all have our cross to bear!!!!!!

Four to five day is a reasonable time.
