It was in Rockingham county court , is there any way I can find out what the settlement was for on line , without having to pay for it??

I don't know of any sites but if it were a major settlement that made the newspaper you might search for the area newspaper on line and look in that.

probably not. However, if you are not married, or if you are not legally separated (in some states), half of the settlement is yours (in most states).

have your divorce atty file for 3/4 of it and you will find out. What ever it is. It is at least half yours.

I thank if she started it when you were marred you are in titled to 50% It DEPENDS HOW LONG THE SUITS WAS GOING ON
