Well this is a simple answer, you loose 1/3 of all colorie intake. So if you breastfeed, you will recover faster, build your babies eyes and brain, and loose weight at the same time. It is so good to see mothers breastfeeding, it is very important. Also, you will get hugh boobs after 3 days of giving birth, as long as you continue to breast feed, you will keep thoes boobs!!

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

I had my daughter in may of 05 and I lost 20 pounds from day before delivery util about 6 weeks later. But considering I gained 45 pounds, I still had 25 to lose on my own and couldnt loose anymore weight until I stopped breastfeeding. I couldnt diet while breastfeeding of course because you are supposed to have like 3000 calories a day so losing more weight was impossible for me. I lost the other 25 pounds after I stopped breastfeeding in about 3 months of dieting and exercising.

As your milk supply increases your body will burn off more calories. Most breastfeeding moms start to lose their weight faster around six months or so when the milk supply is at its peak. I stopped breastfeeding after a couple of months and I really didn't feel that it helped me lose too much weight in the beginning. I dropped half my pregnancy wieight in the first two weeks and I think it was mostly water weight.Your burning off calories but your also eating more to keep up with them. I definitely wish I could of breastfed because it is the best for the baby. Even though it makes your boobs huge while your breastfeeding, they become deflated when your finished.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The body burns an extra 500 calories a day while producing milk. I dont know what that will translate to in terms of actual weight loss...but its like jogging a few miles without ever having to leave the comfort of your couch! Also, breastfeeding helps shrink the uterus back to its original size (or most of the way there anyway) and helps you LOOK like you have a flatter stomach.

I wouldn't "count" on losing any. Some women can actually gain. BUT that shouldn't ever stop a mother from breastfeeding, it is whats best for the baby. And for mom too

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

It is not so much that you loose weight it just helps you get your uterus back into shape. Your baby will drink allot of fat out of your body but don't nurse just to loose weight. Walk as much as you can and push the stroller it works awsome.
