Neither Kagome nor InuYasha have died yet in the manga. As of last week, the following characters have died:
Kagura,
Kanna,
Kikyo ,
Hakkadoshi,
Akago [the baby that held Naraku's heart] and
Moryomaru[the baby's protector].
