Have to go with Cap'n Crunch with a solid military career behind him he is the obvious choice. With Colonel Sanders having issues regarding his wartime record, and the scandal involving Popeye and the stolen chicken recipe it will rock his atempt at being president. As for Chuck E. Cheese, his immigration status sinks his campaign.

Cap'n Crunch will lead at the outset, but Chuck E. Cheese will slide by and then Colonel Sanders will come from behind like a chicken with it's head cut off and win!

Probably chuck E. cheese will win because you know he's a baby kisser, a real mover and shaker. Though I would probably vote for Colonel Sanders over Cap'n crunch because he has more time in service and out ranks him.

Well, Colonel Sanders is out because he is too old and has gone back on his promise not to use saturated fats, Chuck E. Cheese has that child molestation thing hanging over his head, so it has to be Cap'n Crunch...the transition to Commander in Chief should be easy.

The other two are fictitious, so not actually eligible, as I understand US politics!
And a dead guy couldn't be any less use than the last few Presidents!!
