All that information is a matter of public record. Find out the county/state that he was divorced in and call them. They can get you a copy of the file. Better question though is WHY do you want a copy and why are you trying to do this behind your husbands back? Do you think he's hiding something?

If you were apart to the divorce you would have a copy. If you were not a party to it,why not just ask him about it. If you don't have that much trust in each other, maybe your heading for divorce #2.

if your husband has had a legal divorce, it is a matter of public record. it is recorded in the county, state in which the divorce was obtained. the county clerks office has a copy of the divorce papers, for a fee I might as well add. very easy to obtain. you can for a modest fee go on the Internet and do a background search on anyone.

When my father-n-law passed.my mother-n-law had to have copies of his divorce papers from his ex.Along with a copy of his marriage license to her in order to file for his social security.
She went to the county court house he was married in and paid for not only the marriage license but divorce papers too..
Everyone[male and female] who has ever been married and divorce needs to have copies of these paper and keep them in a safe place.

Ted are you sure he really got divorced? If it wasn't a real gay marriage then you don't need real gay divorce papers.
