The Giants could definitely win the NFC if the make the playoffs. They've already beaten Dallas and Philly on the road. Chicago beat them when they were missing 5 starters on defense and it was a 3 point game midway through the 3rd quarter. What happens with New Orleans remains to be seen. The only team that has beaten them soundly is Seattle, and the Seahawks aren't the same team that played the Giants week #3. Eli Manning is inconsistent, but he's still 3rd in the NFC in TD passes. They still have a tough running game and some guys who can make things happen when they catch the ball. They're getting healthy. If they can put it all back together, you could see the team that started 6-2.

Any Team that makes the playoffs has a chance at making the Superbowl. Just look at the 2005 Steelers 6th seed. Giants will probably be 6th seed as well. I hope the Giants win. That's my team!!!

Eli Manning has not developed into the quarterback everyone thought he would, but it may not be entirely his fault (Tom Coughlin has made some questionable play calls). Plus, the #1 receiver, Plaxico Burress, plays pathetically soft for how physically gifted he is. That said, I highly doubt the Giants would make it to the superbowl if they somehow manage to squeeze their way into the playoffs (which is too bad for Tiki, Strahan, and everyone else on that team who deserves a ring).

Yes they do!!!!!! They had a rough patch with those injuries but with Strahan the D's leader back they wil almost be the Giants of old.And Eli is not as good as he should for 1 reason an injury. Eli was good in the beginning but turned bad the week after AMANI TOOMER got hurt.He will need to make due without him but they will have their top notch D back at about 95% only only - arrington so they will have a good shot.Plus Tiki will go nuts wanting to go out with a bang so they have a good shot.

I'm a Giants fan.
No. No, they don't. Eli is FAR too inconsisent to depend on, the defense is still shot (though having Strahan would help them out a little bit). The play calling is absolutely horrific too. It's just not going to happen for them, not this year, and not next year unless a LOT of things change.

Any team who makes it to the play offs have a chance at winning the superbowl. it all depends how well the players play that day. If the better team players dont do well that day and the underdogs play with all they got they have a real good chance of winning. example terrell owens droping balls or catching them can make a good diference.

I wish I could say yes because I really like the Giants and Eli Manning...but I don't think they will win (or get to) the Super Bowl this year.
:( I do think that Eli has ALOT of talent and will take them to the Super Bowl someday, (when they get a good coach) but I don't think it will happen this year. :( But you never know...... :) They could come back and shock us all!! :) It would be nice to see Eli win it so people will stop judging him and comparing him to my beloved Peyton <3
GO GIANTS (and Eli!)
GO COLTS! (and peyton!! <3)
