I think it was someone that knew the family that killed Jon-Benet or had some personal info esp because of that ransom note with the exact same amount as her father had gotten as a bonus or some sort of thing. I, in my heart of hearts, and with a mother's intuition do not believe Patsy Ramsey ever hurt that child, couldn't you see her heartbreak after the murder and the resulting cancer that killed her? disease can come about from stress, that woman no longer wanted to live, she had lost her true heart, I have a daughter if anything EVER happened to her I would not be the same ever again this is how I believe Patsy Ramsey lived out the rest of her life, steeped in sadness and forever forlorn, and it was NOT because she was gulity, for Goodness sake, her heart was competely broken, now let them both rest in peace is what I say

I think her parents are somewhat behind it- not saying they killed her, but they had something to do with it. Too suspicious, too many things just don't add up. And now that the mother has passed away, it just makes it that much harder. Not sure we will ever know who killed JonBenet...which is very sad. I think John Mark Karr was just some fanatical psycho in a fantasy land.

Pasty KILLED that little girl PERIOD...!!! She was a pageant queen herself and was living that life "vicariously" through her daughter LONG after her days of doing it were over. The ransom note does not make any sense. And law officials who specialize in linguistics have all but confirmed it being a female who wrote that letter. As far as Patsy getting cancer well you can call that payback from the lord above for what she got away with in murdering her own daughter. I will go to my grave FULLY believing Patsy or someone in that immediate family and household killed that little girl. And NOTHING will ever convince me otherwise. The pieces just don't add up any other way and i hope your rotting in hell for it Patsy Ramsey...!!!

I think maybe her brother did it, probably on accident - but the parents were so freaked out by it that they decided to cover it up instead of taking the chance of Burke being labeled a murderer.
Maybe it wasn't an accident. Maybe Burke was jealous of his little beauty queen sister...who knows.

I read in a tabloid yesterday that her mother did it. Which is kind of a convenient story for them...she's dead. But its anyone's guess. I'm pretty much sure it could have been anyone...but John Mark Karr
