Most doctors will tell you to wait 6 weeks before driving. The first week you will probably be too sore to drive, especially because of the seatbelt. But you really should wait the full six weeks (or whatever your doctor tells you), because if you get into an accident you could be very seriously injured by your seatbelt across your inscision, which is still healing. Remember a c-section is major surgery, and don't take it lightly. Call and ask your doctor, and then take their advise!

most doctors advise 6 weeks but i would wait longer then that incase you happen to have a car crash. at 6 weeks you can still be sore although the scar would of healed up. the insides will be still sore and could put yourself in danger if you badly hurt yourself in a car crash.

get someone else to drive around for you. maybe your partner or a family member. im sure they will be happy to help you out especially since you just had a baby

I had my baby in June of 2005. I was told at that time 2 weeks to drive, but check with your OBGYN to make sure things have not changed since then.

I'm assuming that you mean "c section" or Cesearian section. You will be able to drive when you are released assuming that you are not taking any narcotic pain relievers. Now, that being said, you may not want to for a few days after you're released.
