1) The same as women do today, except squatting because lying on your back with your feet in stirrups is the DUMBEST way to give birth, it reduces the size of your pelvis.
2) They didn't cut and tie the cord. They waited until the placenta was born and then ate the placenta and the cord. The baby wouldn't bleed because by that point the cord has clamped down all on its own.
3) You know animals don't have doctors there when they give birth, right?

you dont need doctors to give birth. they are there incase something went wrong.
so i would say all cavewoman gave birth naturally some survived the birth along with thier babys some didnt. thats why nowadays its highly unlikely for mothers to die when giving birth and babies too.
but in poor countries more woman die from childbierth and more babies die coz of poverty and disease and thewy havent the medical things that wealthier countries have.

The same way as they do now.
The same way as woman who give birth at home do.
The same way as woman to give birth on the way to the hospital do.
It is the woman doing all the work...They doctor is just there to catch the baby, and intervene if something goes wrong.
Caesar was born by c-section.

well im sure they didnt really need to take pills or anything, since im sure they ate all healthy food...
i guess they just did it on the ground. she pushed, and someone else would guide the kid out, then do the same things doctors do, except inprovicing (spellcheck) with things they had back then with cutting the cord and such.
but i could be completly wrong...who knows.
