Sounds kinda sexy to me. You should tell her you know what is going on so she doesn't have to feel guilty. That way she can really let herself go and enjoy it fully.

There are many different things that turn people on. I don't get how peeing on someone turns them on but hey it works for some people. The thought of your wife with another man does it for you - why would you feel like a mutant?? I do think however that you should talk to your wife. If this is something that you are okay with that's cool, but make sure she's being safe.

At a point in later life, we all realize that one of the very least valuable traits of our significant other is their 'sex.' Integrity is eminently more important. Your attitude is open. I would sit her down and tell her that you know what's happening, and while you don't like it, you accept her, and are in this for the duration - whatever may come.
