if you want a sex change your first steps are going to go see a therapist, secondly your going to have to live your life as the sex you wish to be for more than a year and 3rd your going to need to get 1 or 2 letters from therapist saying you have GD gender dysphoria, then the last step is finding a surgeon who will perform your SRS (sexual reassignment surgery)

sex changes are not really changes in sex. What the doctors do instead of really changing your sex is carve you up surgically and mutilate you so that you resemble, but are not really , the opposite sex. You will have to stay on hormone supplements all your life or you will revert to your old form. The surgery sterilizes you so that you can never have children. Just so ya know! by the way, many transexuals report that the cutting of the nerves that control sexual pleasure during the surgery leaves them completely without feeling in their new " vagina"so no orgasms.

Try to contact other transsexuals.
Search the internet for homepages of transsexuals (MtF, FtM)and contact them. I think they will give you the best information of all.
