Good gifts for under $25 would be a promise to buy an upcoming CD from a band you like, a t-shirt, a watch, a necklace, makeup, snack food (especially rice crackers and pocky - so good), and DVDs, most of which are in between $10 to $25 anyway. Good luck with that :)
