Eli has been on and off over the last 4 weeks and Romo has been pretty consistent so I would go with Romo I am

romo hes made himself one of the elite passers in the league and has consistantly played well. the cowboys will call short passes and let the recievers take them up the field against the eagles struggling tacklers. eli has been struggling and new orleans is begginning to improve even more for the playoffs
