Is sex supposed to be silent and quiet? If not, how do you ask ur wife or g/f to be more vocal during sex if there is no communication? I think communication is important and can improve sex between couple.

Yes, communication is definitly important. If you want your sex life to be more exciting, simply talk with her, i'm sure she'll gladly take up on the subject.

I am a woman and very vocal, let her know under no certain terms are u trying to be trashy but when she let's her feelings come out thru words it really turns u on. Start saying in her ears, whispering things u love about her right then while the act is happening it will make her feel more extraverted. Your right communication is very important. I have been married same man for 26 yrs. and still it's all good, we both talk, scream, heck hang from the fan if I could get up there. Let her read this and I think she'll feel at ease that it is normal.

Sex has no rule. It can be quiet or very loud. It depends on what world the person sinks into when having sex. Sometimes I won't moan or make a sound but I love every thrust, sometimes I am loud enough for the neighbors to hear and get their beer and popcorn and enjoy the show. If you want your partner to be more vocal during sex just say sweetie it would really turn me on if you said things like, F**k Me, OH God, S**T, Yes Yes Yes!

Tell her how you feel and help her by asking her if she likes it during sex. You have to help her feel comfortable enough to be vocal during sex. It is not easy as it sounds for some women.

Either you are vocal or you have to fake it! Women are not like men.Usually while the man is getting off women are thinking about shopping,dinner,washing the kids school clothes! Thats the truth! The desperate little women looking for love will say or fake anything you want but it is not real!
