i am a junior in high school in US
but i am not a US citizen
can i join in?

In addition to what the other posts said, you are actually voted on by your teachers. Besides being based on grades it is based on school involvement and the things that you do in the community.

If you need more information then go to the office and ask who the National Honor Society advisor is. Then go to that teacher and ask how you can apply.

I would think yes, but you should ask your guidance counsler or a teacher. to get in, you must have good grades and be an overall good student. your teachers vote on it. then you get a letter in the mail to fill out. i don't think most schools do national honors society until high school. i got my letter towards the beginning of my sophomore year i think

Your school generally submits you to be considered for membership. You have to get excellent grades and be a decent student, in general.

yes, u need to apply for the position given that you have a GPA of at least 3.5 and good academic standing.
