They sell 'ebooks' == this means they send you a file (maybe PDF) or a 'link' to their web site, where you can read & maybe print pages on your computer.
This costs them essentially nothing.
They look rather expensive to me (would you pay $50 for a REAL printed book with less than 100 pages ???), however the information may be extreamly usefull ... or it may be just a list of addresses etc. that you could find yourself from Yellow Pages ...
I've not gone looking for feedback from actual real customers = guess you will have to do that yourself (there may be a newsgroup etc.).
