tpop.exe error?

Can anyone help?

I have been trying to install a program on my HP athalon and I keep getting this error.
tpop.exe common language runtime debugging services
application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
process id=0x400(1024), Thread id=0c2c4(408)

Please, please.
I got this to work on my other computer, and it is 4yrs older than this computer.
Another thing is this program required that I download Microsoft NET Framework 2.2

Yeah, I am SURE it is tpop.exe, I just redid my computer and it is still coming up.

Hi. Tpop.exe does not show up anywhere (except for one Russian-looking site and one Japanese site). Sure that it is the correct name?
