On the contrary, active use of brain cells will allow future brain cells to continue growing. By reading and answering questions here in Yahoo! Questions, one is exercising a very important part of the body. The mind.

It seems to have a negative affect on my motivation. If I start on here in the evening, which is when I usually post any questions, I will sit for hours. Between Answers, my 360, and email messages, I get nothing else accomplished! BUT, I'm addicted. LOL!
