Besides not being tournament legal (In both formats, mind you, which is pretty sick in a bad way)...
There is no flow and theme with your deck. Are you using stalling yet deck burning Exodia? Are you using Beatdown? Are you using Spellcasters? Are you using Return from Different Dimension (Which is really important if you ever consider play with XYZ)?

I think is a gret themed deck but i would say you change the maneater bug for a old vindictive magician or a night assilant either for cnsistency or best effect why would you have an skilled dark magician without an actual dark magician?(same goes fo dark M. Girl) you can take out the dark scorpion i don´t see why it is there thn if yo you want normal heavy attackers go for war wolf or triple of the same one also for thematic purposes try pitchblack panther over mirage dragon I think gyroid is a great card for defense and tribute and in a deck like this i think it can work You fot a nice set of cards there still you may think into adding some drawing tools

First off, let's make your deck tournament legal:
Forbidden Cards:
Tribe-Infecting Virus and Witch of the Black Forest
Oh, and you can only have 1 Sangan in your deck.
As for your deck, it should be as balanced as possible. When I say that, I mean half of it should be LV4 or lower monsters, and the other half should be spells, traps and tribute monsters. I don't really see a theme here; it also looks like it may struggle once you run out of LV 4 or lower monster cards in your hand, which may happen easily.

You don't have enough strategic cards. You need some magic and trap cards that will bring your monsters back from the dead. Also have some defensive monsters to protect your life points not just good attackers. Plus you should have magic cards that raise your monsters power and defense like the 'Horn of the Unicorn' which raises power and defense both by 7.

remove the vwxyz cards, too hard to summon them anyway, u got toomuch going on, what with raviel?? and archfiend soldier, u can only have 1 sangan, tribe infecting virus is banned, come on go to www.yugioh-card.com to chek the advanced format list, whats with levia!!?, with of the BF is banned also, ur deck has no balance, no theme, u cant witn with that thingy, if ur making an exodia deck then screw the other cards and add cards that allow u to take cards from ur deck or grave or to draw cards from ur deck, ur deck is really confusing, I give it a 1/10
