can i connect a usb card reader to my xbox 360 and transfer my save data from it to my other 360??

Question

is it just a matter of loading a game and when choosing where to save it, then saving it to the card.. then loading from the card and choosing to save to harddrive?? presuming i can use a standard card reader with my 360!!

(...got an xbox of my own now so dont need to share wit my bro so i'd rather continue game careers etc than starting all over again!!)
